asia_2112_overview_small.jpgEstablished in 1999, LOADTEST Asia specializes in bi-directional deep foundation load testing using the award winning Osterberg Cell® (O-cell®). LOADTEST Asia, a wholly owned subsidiary of LOADTEST Inc., was founded in 1999 and we opened our Singapore location to better serve the deep foundation testing needs of our clients in Asia.

No job is too big or too small to enjoy the advantages of the O-cell. It can be used to isolate portions of a drilled shaft or pile for testing, or can be used to test multiple levels within the same pile. Visit our Products & Services page for more information. Numerous world records for load testing have been set using the O-cell; including the current world record for total load of 279 MN set in 2005 in Korea. We have been involved in many world class projects having completed over 900 O-cell tests in 32 countries.

Some world class projects in Asia include the MRT-NEL rail project in Singapore, the KCR West Rail project in Hong Kong and the My Thuan Bridge in Vietnam. We are proud to showcase some highlights of our work in Asia in the Project Profiles section.

Deep foundation testing services also include lateral testing, cross hole sonic logging and sonar-based pile/shaft callipering, making LOADTEST a full-service foundation testing company. Simply put LOADTEST is dedicated to advancing state-of-the-art techniques within the deep foundation industry.
