LOADTEST is dedicated to promoting and establishing the

Osterberg Cell® (O-cell®) method of load testing drilled shafts and piles as the premier method of static load testing.

Our work in the MIddle East has been ongoing since 2002 and we will continue our commitment to serve the deep foundation testing needs of our clients both regionally and globally. LOADTEST has been involved in several marquee projects in Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain; please see our Middle East Project Profiles section for further information on these regional projects.

Deep foundation testing services also include lateral testing, cross hole sonic logging and sonar-based pile/shaft callipering, making LOADTEST a full-service foundation testing company. Simply put LOADTEST is dedicated to advancing state-of-the-art techniques within the deep foundation industry.
LOADTEST also provides customers with services and equipment necessary to maintain the highest quality of load testing techniques and will also develop ancillary products and services to meet the needs of our customers.

No job is too big or too small to enjoy the advantages of the O-cell. It can be used to isolate portions of a drilled shaft or pile for testing, or can be used to test multiple levels within the same pile. Visit our Products & Services page for more information. Numerous world records for load testing have been set using the O-cell; including the current world record for total load of 279 MN set in 2005 in Korea. LOADTEST has completed over 900 O-cell tests in 32 countries.
