Parkplace3.jpgArchitecturally designed by an international team, Park Place will become a spectacular addition to the skyline on Sheikh Zayed Road and is set to be the most exclusive corporate and residential city address in Dubai. Including a 60 storey tower block on the project.

One preliminary 1.5 m pile was installed approximately 39m into the sandstone and tested to 68MN using 4 O-cells. This resulted in the Dubai's record for the highest load applied to a single pile under test.
