MAG 218 Tower
Scheduled for completion in 2009, the 275 m, 67 floor Mag 218 Tower hopes to become a mini village. The project includes a community hall and fitness centre for its 550 apartment dwellers. Topping the tower will be a sun deck complete with a 25.5 x 8 m swimming pool.Loadtest performed several of the preliminary tests at the request of the consulting engineers, Dar Al Handasah, on pile sizes from 1000 mm to 1500 mm diameter.
Other recent projects in the marina have been the Marina Pinnacle Tower and the Al Habtoor Motor Towers.
